Which type of url is more friendly to SEO, the numbered generated urls or the page descriptive urls? If they impact the rankings then by how much?

Actually they impact the SERP's very little but descriptive urls are tend to get more visits.
But this does not effect any forum SEO.

URL only impacts on user experience and conversion.
