Hi there,
I just wondered if anyone has used instagram ads to grow their follower base as there isn't a specific option to do that currently (unless I'm mistaken).
All you can do is, via the facebk ads network, promote posts/website links and have it coming from your IG account and hope that if people like that post/link they will click on your instagram profile too and follow that.
Has anyone had success in growing their instagram follower count via such ways? Obviously through the ads you can target people in your niche for the posts to be shown to too which is good.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The typical approach companies take to generating new content for ads usually involves them carefully scripting ad copy and developing calls-to-action that will have the greatest impact with their audience. If you want to have more impact with your ads, don’t follow this approach when advertising on Instagram.
