I look for CPM ads to advertise. But many sites in my niche charges absolutely rubbish CPM rates. Have you guys faced this kind of problems?

Yes its a common thing. As, webmasters get greedy they demand a lot of money without knowing what actually their site's ads worth.

Site owners who has started to get traffic within a short period of time often makes this type of mistakes. People should check actually CPM rates first in their niche which clearly these admins does not.
