This obviously you can get links from blog commenting but mostly there will be no follow if you want to get do follow then you can perform any other means of link building

Blog commenting is a SEO off page technique for link building purpose, always remember to get backlinks from any blog is of Dofollow type not nofollow type, Nofollow links are only for generating traffic at your website but they will not counted as a backlink for your website as google doesn't follow it.
There are two type of blog commenting:
1: Comment love blog commenting: Comment love blog commenting is a special type of commenting technique in which you can insert linkinto your comment but comment should be relevant to blog content, otherwise it will be removed by site administrator.
