If anyone is new affiliate marketing then with which network should they work first?? Which network is the easiest.

I will strongly suggest amazon affiliate program or clickbank. Their commission rate may not be the highest but they are pretty easy and if you have decent traffic that can convert you will easily make money from them.

Amazon is the best although you can find plenty of affiliate networks out there if google them but I find amazon pretty easy for beginners. Affiliate programs are not about getting accepted and then selecting a suitable product with ease it is also about getting sales. And amazon has got plenty of products that catches the eyes of the users.
