Is its even possible to reach to probable consumers without any site for affiliate products? Does affiliate network accepts it?

It is possible to outreach your audience without a site but its difficult. You can always reach through social channels, forum signature links, classified ad site etc. But here is the most important question that you will have to ask yourself that whether or not you yourself are going to buy any product which does have any site for explaining it?
Yeah, some affiliate networks do accept without a site. But you will have to show them that you are capable of selling their products without a site and it is under their TOS agreement.

Yeah, its possible but that's it. People rely on things which they understand and see so you will need a site to get them to buy from you.
