Don't go after those kind of sites mate. They may give you a do-follow link but they worth nothing to pass the link juice.

Suggest you the same words what nationwide told you.... Sites who is give you instant approval is nothing good reputation in search engine. It's contains lot of duplicate content and full of spam.
