Is this really possible to do affiliate marketing without owning a site? Are there any affiliate networks that accepts that kind of request?

Yeah, its totally possible. Just read the TOS page of the affiliate networks to know whether they accept or not and if it is not clearly stated there the the just contact them.

Well some networks do accept and some do not you have to contact them manually by yourself if you don't get anything in their 'terms of use' page.
