Is there any tool by which updates scheduling, gaining traffic, track social media following all can be done via one??

Hotsuite is also a good social media application but it is a paid software and you have a license key to use the complete features of hotsuite

Yeah, I agree Hootsuite is also. I had also tried SproutSocial ist too quite handy.

Yes there are lots of social media tool available online through which you can schedule your pots, track visitors and engagement. Some of them are hootsuite , bufferapp etc

If you want to try some new than I suggest you to try Plumlystics. Through this it's easier to manage all the different social networking site with this single tool.
