Dofollow Link : Dofollow Link is a hyperlink that is able to tell all search engines to pass along it’s page rank influence to an outbound link.Example,
Dofollow Link= < a href=”http://inproblog.com”>
Nofollow Link : Nofollow Link is exactly the opposite. It is a hyperlink that removes the ability to pass on it’s page rank status to other sites.Example,
Nofollow Link= <a rel=”nofollow” href=”http://xyz.com”>

Do follow and no follow are link attributes containing instructions for search engine robots. Do follow links are crawled and indexed in search engines and hence they are used to build backlinks and generate traffic. No follow links are never crawled and indexed in search engines and hence they are only used to build traffic for your website from various external webpages.

Do follow Links: Links that point to another website are called do follow Links. These pass link juice to a page, help to increase its pageRank and raise its profile to the search engines.

No Follow Links: A Link that doesn't "point" to another site(No sign posts). No follow link don't pass any link juice, they don't help increase pageRank and doesn't help the site/page it's pointing to rank any higher.

Dofollow links allow google to follow them and reach our website. Giving us link juice and a backlink. If a webmaster is linking back to you with this link both Search Engine and Humans will be able to follow you.
Example of Dofollow Link:

<a href=”http://www.google.com/”>Google</a>

Nofollow links attributes do not allow search engine bots to follow link. That means if the website owner is linking back to you with nofollow attributes, it does not pass on link juice. Only Humans will be able to follow the links.
Example of Nofollow Link:

<a href=”http://www.google.com/” rel=”nofollow”>Google</a>
