Should I get my ad campaigns targeted towards my Homepage where the most of the products lie or to the sub-pages where products are divided categorically and also separately?

In my opinion you should direct the ad campaigns to the sub-pages. As more the landing page will be relevant to the targeted keyword the more is the possibility that you will get conversions from them.
