Anchor text can provide both search engines and users relevant contextual information about the content of the link's destination. If many sites think that a particular page is relevant for a given set of terms, that page can manage to rank well even if the terms don't appear in the text itself.

You can get an idea of your desired anchor text ratio by analyzing competitors sites who are ranking above you.

I don't understand your reply here. What if the site doesn't have www?!
And also providing naked links isn't wise at all. Yields almost nothing.

It's not necessary to keep anchor text unique, but yes, it should be related to the webpage you are hyperlinked to it.

It is unnatural for web pages that link to your website to all have accurate match anchor text. A portion of anchor text variation is natural, just like how a great portion of the internet's links are naked URLs.

Anchor text should be relevant to your page. you can use LSI keywords as anchor texts.

No unique anchor text is required, it just need to be related to the topic. You can also use variations for anchor txt to pass the link juice.
