The thing is the buyer will gain pretty little to say the least.
Although I have seen they are very good for flash outreach.

I noticed a small bump in engagement after grabbing a few followers from famoid.com just to get things moving. It didn’t do all the work, but it helped make the profile look more active, which seemed to attract real people over time. I wouldn’t rely on it fully, but as a starter, it gave me some boost without messing up my stats.
