A 301 redirect means that the page has permanently moved to a new location. A 302 redirect means that the move is only temporary.

301 directories is permanent redirection. like example fugenx(dot)com is there we need fix this domain in to many ways by using 301 directories.

by redirecting these all domain in to one particular domain permanently this process is called as 301 direction.
302 direction also similar to 301 direction but it is temporary redirection.

301 redirects means page from the website is permanently removed and 302 redirection means page temporary out of service for a while.

Both are using for same only. But 301 is using for Permanent redirection and 302 is used for temporary redirection, it is used for certain period of time.

301 Redirect – 301 status code means that a page has permanently moved to new page or location.

In 301 redirection old url moved to new location permanently while in 302 old url moved to new location temporary.
