I just got two good backlinks due to PR. Which has already been crawled. But its been days my rankings hasn't changed a bit. How much time does it take to see the full effect of the backlinks?

Here is a problem which we are facing right now. One of our site has two versions one for desktop and another for mobile users. They both have separate landing pages too. Now it has come to our attention that there have been certain unusual activity with the Bing users.

The problem is when a desktop user from the Bing SERP's comes to the site it lands on the mobile version of the site and then gets redirected to the desktop version. We are checking various factors but we have no clue what to do about it.
