The thing is we started using SEMrush a while back from now. And they are a pretty good service. Hasn't faced any problem like this one.

Since last week it keep suggesting that one of our site has a couple of very bad links. And we have to disavow them asap.

The links may be are from not so much high profile pages but they are not irrelevant. So, I am confused here.

I am just talking about taking a quick peek in my profile. And say whether some links are bad or not. I have some suspicions so?!! If anybody helps than I will be grateful.

And also I have talked to many webmasters they also have stated the fact that a content which is not exactly copied can't be judged in any manner.

One of our keyword is ranking pretty well. And we get around 100 visitors from Google everyday. Now potential searchers for that particular keyword is around 5k per day.

Two sites have same head titles. Metas arn't much different. Content is somehow different. Say site A's content is far superior then site B's.

But the overall link profile of site B is better than A. Which one should rank better?

I am confused. Some suggest they are important, some they are not.

As, I know domains arn't much of an issue these days apart from user experience. What do you guys think?
