Hello, I am new to forum. I just wanna ask a question here straight plain and simple. Which is the highest paying Adsense alternatives. Since no one pays much like adsense so I want to know which networks pays atleast somewhat like them.

Its not like that they are ending up in spam folder or we are entering wrong email addresses!! I am not sure what's the issue here. I also contacted the ESP but they are saying that everything is fine.

Those sites may not help you rank in the SERP's because they provide no-follow links but does they help you in anyway? Can get you plain old referral traffic, right?
