Heficed is one of the best hosting provider specially the people who are looking for good reliable VPS/Dedicated Server but you have to know what you are doing. Their interface and everything else isn't designed for beginners. People will face a very steep and also dangerous (since you guys will be betting on your online business) learning curve. Some negative reviews about their support can also be found online. But then again if you know what you are doing their support will also come in handy then. They are not very good with people who will ask simple and noob questions. Before buying their services please make sure that your payment options are in compliance with them. Choose the safest method of payment of all. Why am I saying this? Because some incidents have came to light where they have removed the payment option of the client without any prior notice. Now this might sound a little dangerous but don't worry if you choose a good & reliable option then you will be safe for sure. Coming to their products I have used their bare metal DS's setup which was just under $100. One thing I can tell without hesitation that they were worth every penny. Support is also great with chat and other means. And they are very quick to response. Once they have identified your problem it will be fixed within record time. Have used them for over a year never faced any downtime at all. They have plenty of customizable options so you can setup your server as you please. Even after deploying their server you can avail a varying set of tools to automate your setup so less worry on day-to-day work. They don't have many data centers but which are do present in their arsenal I can say they are easily adequate for customers from America and Europe. On the security front they quite provide standard DDOS protection, if anybody wants more than they will charge you extra for it. In the pricing section many will not not like their services because they can be costly. I would say that they are better suited for medium and large level sites.
Overall in my opinion they can be given a clear 7.5/10 .

One of the best Dedicated server you can find in the UK market, hands down no one can deny. But they are too much game-centric, I would say. Their support and everything. Otherwise, pretty decent and superb in many cases.
Their servers are 10/10
After being bought. It only took them an hour to deliver it and also they got our setup up and running in no time. We faced literally zero down time.
Their customer support is 8/10
They are good, quick to response at all off my queries and also took less time compared to other host's to resolve small issues.
Payment, pricing etc are 7/10
Pricing is decent. Compared to other hosting providers in Europe, people can find them a bit pricey.
Server location in EU are 9/10
Their majority of the servers are located in Europe. So, it is very evident to say that they are well prepared to serve customers from Europe. People from other places may face problems for this.
Anyway, I would give them a 8 out of 10 overall.

A very underrated service provider of the hosting industry. Maybe it's just because of their name, I don't know. The scalability they provide for their clients is one of the best. Their plans are also very flexible to suit most of the admins in the world.
We have been using their VPS for quite some time now, almost 4 years. Haven't faced any issue that can get us a headache. Their support is always very quick to response. Never had any downtime due to them. Their speed and efficiency speaks for themselves when it comes to support.
However, their managed services isn't much above average. They monitor and track alright. But you need to push them to get the job done. Anyway, it isn't a problem for us because we prefer unmanaged services who we run ourselves.
And also they can be a little costly. Because they charge for anything that falls outside their main plan.
But I would definitely give them a 8 out of 10.

Huge fan of their VDS's, I have one of their AMD Epyc 4 core, 8 GB RAM setup which is under just $50 without taxes. Never had any issue with. Since we bought the VDS it's been great. They delivered the whole setup within record time. The complexity of the system can be a problem for many I can see that but I didn't faced any problem since I have previous knowledge of running these type of systems. Anyway, their support was also great. I opened a ticket to sort out my mailing issue. They responded by email within an hour, it is fast even for a ticket system. The main thing that I did liked about them is their product scalability and also the option of flexibility of billing. Since no long term plan you need to buy, you can go paying monthly. I have also recommended it to a friend who end up buying an AMD Ryzen setup. He is also happy with them. And frankly speaking why anybody won't be they are using advanced top-notch hardware along with a crew as a support who knows how to make the most of it for their customers.

I have been asked by a site owner in our niche to publish a guest post in his sites. He will accept one do-follow in the article. So, here is the question where should put the link? Should I put it in the author's bio section? Or, should I find a relevant place in the content and stuff it in with a relevant anchor text. As, I have been doing a lot of reading in this forum. And people are often suggested here that I should make the links more and more relevant.

Back in 2022 we heard a lot of bad news about this host. Them being opaque. Hosting company completely disconnected with it's clientele. Sites getting deleted etc etc. But since last year we started hearing only good things about this host. Some also started saying that they have turned a new leaf. Since, it's a European company and have datacenters here. So, we gave it a try.
Pricing, uptime and support all looked good to us. No flaws at all. Their pricing are well reasonable to say the least and also they were charging a few bucks less than their competitors. Once we made the purchase our server was delivered within an hour, fully optimized to our liking's and ready to go. While installing our script which is custom made btw we faced several issues. But every time they were able to help with utmost precision with speed. Their support ticket system is very well organized, they know what they are doing. We have tested their server from three locations London, Zurich and also Berlin. All of them had good speed and never showed any sign of downage.
I can see after a bad performance from their end why people are mulling to avail their service. But they don't need to worry about it. I would say that they had completely turned a new leaf and learned from their mistakes.
I would suggest try small for a month or two check how they are performing for you. Different people have different experiences.

They really stands out when it comes to uptime compared to other well known Cloud VPS brands. I upgraded the kernel and was surprised how quickly it went. The server performance was also great and that too was way better than average cloud providers that can be compared to them plan wise.
Their plans are cheap. I find them too cheap. You can charge a little bit more if your service is good. People won't mind paying an extra buck.
Customer service is also good but it can be better. The extra buck can be used here by my suggestion. It can really up their game among the big boys.
Although if you are willing to use their high end plans e.g. as the VPS or Dedicated servers. You will have to know what you are doing. Their high end services are not at all for beginners.

One of the best hosting service for beginners. Their interface is super user friendly to say the least. They also have a great support system which is an additionally positive point. For beginners it is suitable because the pricing is very affordable. And also you can scale up pretty easily if your want to. They also have specialized hosting such as PBN's which I have tried.
The only thing that I have faced with them while using their VPS is that they may be great for beginners but for advanced users who are are using a VPS or bigger setup such as a Dedicated server their customization's have limited options compared to other hosting providers. It goes without saying that one can find their higher end products a bit dull.
In our company many also faced payment issues luckily I wasn't one of them. Anyway, very good provider to start with if your are a beginner.
I have bee using them for 2 years now. And I am not going to change if not anything drastic happens.

Those who are looking for cheap but reliable hosting plan specially a shared one or to setup a game server this might be it for you.
As, I said they are a cheaper option. So, don't complain if your game server automatically gets restarted or after making payment if you have to wait for a bit to get a confirmation of purchase and then actually get delivered the product for your use.
Their data centers are limited so go figure it will not be the same uptime all over the world.
Overall it is a good experience. They provide basic DDoS proctection so there's that. And also have multiple payment options including bitcoin. Customer service is also good if you compare it with their prices range.
We had one technical problem with them. The shared hosting we used was slow loading they said they will get it resolved but it took them 2 days to get it done. Apart from it never faced any issue.
Cheers!

I have used them for 6 months. Don't recommend it to others. It's not that their services are bad but they are kind of lazy when in comes to support and other what not's. They have no dedicated live chat system or phone support. You will have to wait for their executives to email you back. I had faced some problems while using them. The problem was technical. My site wasn't loading the way it should be. So, I contacted them via email. They took almost 10 days to resolve it. I can bet if in their place some other hosting provider was present then it would had gotten sorted right away or within minutes.
Actually they are a very decent host I must say. But their support is just slow and many including me didn't liked it a bit.
If they improve then sure they can compete with the good or very good hosting services.
