I know a great many tools to design banners. It's just that I haven't done it personally.

So, I am mulling to hire webdesigner here. What should I do?

Hire somebody. Its the most reasonable thing to do. I am guessing they will be used for banner ads.

So, why bet on something that has obviously doubts.

Now a days web-designers can be hired only by paying $5.
