I am seeing huge fluctuations in Google SERP's from 10/8/15. I don't know whether it is any update or new algorithm. Even the mozcast are also presenting various temperature changes. Is anybody aware of it?

Yeah, some fluctuations are happening that's true. Mozcast may also see this but it is too early to say anything. I think we should wait for any announcements.
