So, I have submitted some links through the disavow tool. But I am not sure it is working correctly or not. How to be sure that the links I have submiited are correctly done?
The thing is if you haven't done properly the submission then the disavow tool wouldn't taken your links. It would have been shown you an error. I hope that clears up your query.
Check your mail id. If you have successfully submitted it then Google have send you an email about it.

Attach the Screenshot of the links and domains you submitted for disavow. So if there is any mistake, we can help you with that.
