You mean as in like classified ad sites?
Is there no archive type of sites where I can submit my app to get free or little paid exposure??
I would suggest rather looking for listing sites. Look for review sites they will get the outreach you need in a more legitimate way.
Why don't you just try to rank in the PlayStore?
