*Picking the right product in the right niche.
*Writing the content such as the landing page, sales page etc in a captivating way. So, that they can generate leads and finally get sales.
*Generating enough traffic. Getting enough CTR from that traffic.
*Targeting right kw's. Not targeting negative kw's.
*Tracking the entire campaign.
*Meeting the day to day goals.
*Making loss or making very less profit.
Many things can be a problem. So, dive in and know for yourself what is what.

It varies from marketer to marketer. As white knight said it can arise from anything.

For me it was getting sales. Not generating leads or getting traffic but getting sales. And then getting some uniformity of it.

Its true. Building trust and getting sales is one of the most hardest.
