I believe that you can attach as many relevant links to your blog as are required.
Just ensure that you do that for the visitors and not for the search engines.
The links that point the users to a resource that you think is valuable is a necessary pre-condition.
Apart from that, if you want the destination web page to gain the link juice then keep the links Do-Follow.
If you do not want to give the link juice then make the links No-Follow.
