Competitors are specifically targeting our brand keywords to steal our leads!! In this situation what can be done to stop it. I am all ears here.

I can certainly increase the bids but I don't think it will resolve the situation because if they also increase the bids then I am doomed. I don't have much budget.

So, any opinions.

If they are stealing your leads by impersonating you. Then its a clear issue of infringement. In this case its your brand name ofcourse. I am assuming that you have a registered brand name. Take it to Google. Report it via their product forum. And also you might wanna contact a lawyer who specializes in internet law if this thing escalates.
