I want to prioritize my contact lists for B2B Marketing so I can get maximum conversion from them. I am little bit confused right now, should I use some automatized software or do it manually. If I do I execute the operation manually then how?

I will personally recommend that you do it manually. There are few points that should be looked upon while you are dividing the list if classes:

- Look upon the Marketer industry. Whether it is relevant to your field or not.
- What role does the marketer plays in his/her industry. And how much his/her play effects the entire scenario of marketing in that industry.
- What are the prospects that you can achieve while doing business with that particular marketer.
- Look upon his/her engagement with other marketers and potential figures of the industry
- Your service &/or product is the key element that you will deliver to that marketer. So, look thoroughly who wactually wants it and make them supreme priority in your list.
Yeah doing it manually will be good. Try to categorize your list according to maximum conversion probable marketers to the minimum ones. Position the high probables to the top. This can be know if you made surveys to understand them long with meeting them face to face.
