Which is the best Customer relationship Management in your opinion? A person or service any kind.
There is no easy way to say which is what.
Salesforce is great for large level enterprises whereas services like Mautic are good for small ones. It really depends on what you business needs.
I have used Mautic its best for small businesses.
A few months ago a guy referred me YetiForceCRM. And I find it amazing. Its open source so if you want any change or update then just post in their git page.
