For selling online and offline products. How to do the optimization for local business? I am looking for from scratch ideas?

What are you trying to do here? Brand awareness, sales. See local store/ business optimization is just a term but has many folds and turns. And each of them needs different approach and care.

For both actually.
Start with PPC for conversions specially adwords. And facebook sponsored ads for brand exposure. Do you know where are your customers reside?

It is a generalized opinion. It will depend heavily on what amount of budget OP has.

You should start selling your products through PPC or Google ads, Bing Ads and for branding purpose use social media ads like FB sponsor ads... etc

for local business optimization, you need to optimize Google Business Listing and rank in SERP. You will get lots of call and sales.

If you are selling thinns offline too then just promoting them online won't cut it. You have to start promoting offline too, giving away flyers, leaflets etc.
Apart from online business. How are your offline customers? Can you tell more about them?

In some cases doing great in offline can be very advantageous to online field, not directly ofcourse.
