Now days which is hard task in between keyword ranking and traffic improving ?

I don't understand your query. Keyword ranking and traffic are directly proportional to each other they can't be compared that which one is the hard one. If you get your keyword ranked then you will get traffic. And in the other case traffic improvement can be done from several things such as getting as much shares from the social networks and driving traffic from it, ads or press releases etc.

Nothing is hard, both require quality work, if you are concentrating on keyword ranking, quality content, posting in quality sites is much important, if you are working for traffic, posting quality stuff, making friends, fans, followers is much important. So you can not compare both.
