Over the past couple of months I have been came across a lots of debates and discussions regarding which social media site to focus for B2B Marketing. B2B marketing is very delicate as in this case you have to deal with professionals. A very small mistake can cause your business a lot. So, which social site do your prefer?? & how do you do it?? I prefer linkedin, it is a network of professionals & also twitter to follow and engage authority profiles.
In linkedin I basically focus on personal messaging along with engaging conversations in the groups. Whereas in twitter '@' & '#' with tweets do the thing.
Yeah, I agree with Paul. For b2b marketing its best to rely on linkedin. Giving updates through my profile, getting chatty with other professionals, helping them with their problems & great content and service helps me a lot.
Linkedin and twitter, both are good for b2b marketing. But linkedin provides more outreach and exclusive contact to the targeted audience so its more preferable.
