What are the general link building strategies for non-famous bloggers and small businesses?? If you are well known blogger then its easy to guest post in any high authority blogs but it is not in the case if you are non-famous. And in the case of small businesses people don't have much budget to hire link farm, so how to overcome these?
try to make presence among the other site owners by getting in touch with them through the social channels, interact with them ask for reviews etc. While in the case of link building start guest blogging in low popular blogs first they will accept your post(if its good) at once then go for the popular ones, forum signature can also be good source of links so try to join your niche forums and get signature links from them.
Link building strategies remain same for small, medium, and very large scale business websites including good on page and off page optimization of information.

Most of the time the strategy will remain same. But in the case of small businesses one should always focus on building valued content and proper outreach.
