Can anybody tell me what are different stages of buying process for a customers??

There are basically five stages of customer's buying process.
1. Need/Problem recognition.
2. Information gathering or search.
3. Alternate option evaluation.
4. Buying/ purchasing.
5. Post-purchase response or behavior.
