Try Open Web Analytics its very similar too analytics, gives much insight and also its free.

I am not looking for any metrics tool. I am looking more for a conversion tool. And yeah I am considering the paid ones too.
You can also use tools like clickmeter.
Try 'click' itself. Its a good one.
