I have found my links through SEMrush but how to know which links are of low quality?
I would suggest that look around a bit.

If you are using paid semrush tool then its totally already showing many details.

But they are showing many metrics its quite impossible for me.
Please tell me you don't know the basics and you still bought the high end tool.

The short answer to this is: yes, paid links or links from bad neighborhoods on the web can hurt your site's rankings in Google. ... Instead of simply assuring us that bad links won't hurt our site in Google's search results, they're now telling us that it's unlikely, and that they probably won't.
