I have built two high quality backlinks through guest posting. Since then two weeks have passed but I am not seeing the backlinks visible in any of tools or google's webmasters tool. Why is that?

First make sure that they are live or not. And don't worry about these tools or even webmasters tool. The links gets indexed fast even though you don't see it right away. And secondly to get indexed in the webmasters tool you need atleast four weeks.

Just like Brian said. Its way too early. Its not like that you push button and turn these things on & off.
