How to get strictly US or any country specific traffic for a product? I am not talking about classified ad sites here.
First optimize in your google webmasters tool.
Get listed in the local directory listings and also try to build links from local sites. Its may not have any effect right away. But its good for the long run.
I am trying to do it. So far, I have done only in 10-12 sites.
