Which is the best tool to do keyword research in-depth?
Most of the paid tools provide in-depth research for any keyword they are provided. I am not sure what kind of depth are you talking about!!
For keyword research maximum people use Google Adwords or Google Keyword Planner.
If you want to make links in depth for your keywords then you use online backlink tools.
But i also not sure about what kind of depth are you asking for?

In today's world. Google keyword planner isn't practical.
