We have built several links. But they are not visible through Webmasters tool. We have checked through other tools also. They are detecting them but not all of them.
WMT takes time to get index them. How much time has gone by exactly?
Almost two weeks.

It takes time to crawl all the links. So relax and keep building links from relevant and high DA sites. Those links will be a crawl and indexed quickly compared to others.

You can do manual link submission also to get that URL indexed.  Idea

DA is a third party metrics. Why would it have any effect?
I already suggested a tutorial for Blogger users . For those who are on WordPress, it's pretty simple. Go to the Google Search Console site . It's a free service that you can easily access when you have a Google Account.

You will still often see the term "Google Webmaster Tools" because that's how the service was called until May 2015.

When you are logged into the tool's home page, you can add a new site by clicking the "Add Property" button.

First of all, DA is a mess right now. Don't believe me??!! Just follow the MOZ blog. After the recent Google updates the changes were so massive that are even updating the metrics.

Following DA is foolish. Its not accurate at all.

If you want to follow you can check the Majestic metrics they are also not accurate but close.

We don't follow a single metrics we compare several metrics in queue and then decide.

And coming to link building. Guest Blogging and customized PBN's are the best possible choice. Its not just for us. But most of the sites that you and me see all over the internet.
Frank is right. Even though in the past I have considered DA not as metrics but as a way to evaluate the merit of any page.

But now its just simply useless. Even the owners of the tool are admitting it publicly.

Hi,

Google Webmaster tools anyway does not demonstrate this as a backlink. Is this ordinary? ... Truth be told, most of connections don't appear in Google Webmaster tools. ... Because WMT doesn't demonstrate it, doesn't mean it's not there.

Hope this will help you out.
Thanks
