SEMrush and Ahrefs are the best possible options that can money buy.
SEmrush is the best. Ahrefs is good but I find it hard to use.

I have used Moz's OpenSiteExplorer, its the worst. Takes almost half a month to find and measure the new parameters of a new link.
Ahrefs and SEMRush are best tools to check backlinks.
