Where to find a good PPC guide without hiring a PPC Manager?
You can ask around but its hard without spending any money.
Find some PPC experts first. Follow their work, make contact with them, grow a relationship. And then ask for their help.
Good paid mentorship programs are available but as I said they are paid not free.
