Recently, I have seen many discussions about it. So, I am starting a thread here.

Large sites like ehow has fallen considerably from the Google SERP's as of last year. And many other large sites are following this path too.

Sites with more detailed coverage of any topic are ranking good now rather than the sites which covers only the basic or headline new's. What do you guys think about it?
Sites with detailed information about any topic are more prone to rank now that's true. And many large sites has suffered for this, that is also true. But this doesn't necessarily mean that larger sites only are effected medium or small ones are effected too. It depends on the information and how extensive is it actually.

And I will also say that the drop in the visibility of ehow has gone now. Apart from last year the site has made significant changes and so they have improved as well.
Large sites aren't falling. Its just that sites which provides just the headline or such of sort are decaying over time as they don't provide any real news.

But ehow isn't the only one here.
Yeah, its not the only one. But the other sites are also more or less like it.

I couldn't agree more on this. Its just a false statement that big sites are failing.
