What do you guys mean by Commercial App?
I didn't understand your query here. What do you mean by Commercial app? Most of the apps in the internet are commercial ones.
There are some private apps. And there are some apps which are available to public such as 'Whatsapp'. There is nothing as a commercial app.
The apps which are publicly available at app stores and other similar places are commonly known as commercial apps.
