Weak links to blog should I disavow them?
If they are very weak then Google will just ignore them. You don't need to make them disavow.
What are you referring to as 'weak' links. There are various types of backlinks and if you think that those a built from spam or irrelevant webpages you can use the disavow tool to exclude them from search rankings.
