Again what is the intent that all is matters.

For small scale operations Ziny Proxy is the best. Because they are simple easy to use and also meant to do these type of things.

O the other hand LunaProxy are completely different.

LP is better in my opinion. But others may find it costly or hard to operate since it is a bit complex for newbies.
