Since I am out of ideas so I have been thinking of accepting guest posts. Some people says its bad and some says its good. What's your opinion on this?

Well certainly its not all bad. If the guest posters sincerely contributes in your blog and don't spam its okay. check every article before publication carefully. See whether or not they are unique. Not just it check if they really provide any value in your niche or not. Many articles I have seen are unique and well written as well. But standing in reality I will say that are quite a waste of time to read and follow.

Yeah, its true that there are plenty of spammers out there. That doesn't mean that you couldn't and shouldn't accept guest post. Read every article, evaluate them not only the amount of real information but also the posts deliver-ability. If you don't like anything in the article then contact the guest posters promptly.
