Just bought a double opt-in list. How should I approach them? Just with greetings, create engagement or should I dive in and offer a product.

Single opt-ins can be tricky. Yes you know they have willing submitted their email addresses but you don't know how they are going to react if you offer a product.

So, my suggestion will be engage them first. See how they are reacting to your emails and then offer them products.
