I don't get it why you guys are so obsessed with DA anyway. Its a third party metrics. Yeah, you may check once a while but care to bother it more than that.

There is no time table in which will tell when your domain will achieved its authority in the field and it will take time and hard effort.

It is even possible in 3 weeks time. provide high quality and viral content and you will be reaching your desired DA in no time. just do whitehat seo and avoid blackhat. as much as possible do manual link building and use high quality sites
