How much time does it take to disvow links by google after the submission of the url list??
There is no specific time range for this it may take a few days to couple of weeks, I think it depends on the crawling rate of your site.
I think that it depends how often you updates your site. The more you updates the more will the Google bot crawl down to your site and eventually it will notice that you are using the Disavow tool.
