can anybody explain what is internal equity passing links?
Most new sites and links will be indexed within 60 days, but some take even longer for a variety of reasons, including the crawl-ability of sites, the amount and quality of inbound links to them, and the depth of pages in subdirectories. We run on a breadth-first approach, starting at the top of a site's hierarchy and moving down from there, so it's less likely that pages deeper in the site will be present.

Are you talking about internal linking?
Internal links help to distribute “link juice” across a website. Link juice is a casual term used within the context of SEO to describe passing equity or “ranking power” from one page to the next.
