From a couple of weeks I am unable to send any DM. I have tried to fix this problem by consulting through help center but it is of no use. What to do?

What to do?I was also facing this problem a months ago. Then I submitted a ticket in the help center and it got fixed within a week. It may be for apps but it solved my problem.

I think you attempted to DM someone who does not follow you - In order to send a Direct Message, you must follow that User and they must also follow you.
